Cancellation Policy

  • It is recommended that you obtain your own cancellation protection so that you have cover should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason such as medical or change in circumstances.
  • When booking a holiday we take a non refundable 10% deposit to secure your booking.
  • The balance of your holiday is due in full 4 weeks before your arrival date.
  • If you cancel your holiday after the full balance payment has been made, we will re-advertise the availability and if we are able to re-let, we would then refund the payment less the deposit.  If we are unable to re-let, no refund would be given.
