Opening Summer 2026, four beautifully appointed king size bedrooms above the Water’s Edge restaurant overlooking the historic Wroxham Bridge in the village of Wroxham, the heart of the Norfolk Broads.

Four large en -suite bedrooms, each comfortably and tastefully furnished with a king size bed, spacious bathroom and tea & coffee-making facilities.

One Executive Suite, featuring a spacious studio style layout with a comfortable corner sofa, well equipped kitchenette, king size bed, a luxurious freestanding bath within the bedroom, and a spacious bathroom creating a truly unique and relaxing retreat.

Two of the rooms overlook the River Bure, with views upstream towards Coltishall. These rooms will feature private balconies, providing the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful riverside scenery. A third room overlooks Wroxham Bridge and has views downstream towards the boatyards, while the fourth room has views across to Bridge Broad.

Please note the rooms are on the first floor which is accessed via an exterior staircase.

Breakfast and any additional meals can be enjoyed in our beautiful restaurant downstairs ‘Water’s Edge’. We can also prepare packed lunches and picnic hampers for guests planning a day out on the Broads, whether by day boat, canoe, or paddleboard.

Wroxham Week – Saturday 26th July ’26

Held annually at the prestigious Norfolk Broads Yacht Club, on Wroxham Broad, a week of sailing races of different classes of yachts culminating in an awards ceremony and entertainment at the end of the week.  If you are a sailing enthusiast, this is a great event to take part in or watch.

Makers Market – Sunday 2nd August ’26

Just a five minute drive from us, the Makers Market is held at Wroxham Barns.  Explore over 30 stalls packed with handmade goodies from Norfolk’s best local producers.

Music Cruises – Friday, Saturday & Sundays during the summer 

Operated by our neighbours Broads Tours, take an evening cruise along the river Bure on their theme nights of ‘Boogie on the Broads’, ‘Jazz Night’ or ‘Sax on a Sunday’. Their twin deck river cruisers have a bar on board and the open deck is a lovely place to sit on a sunny evening and watch the sun set.  Check Broads Tours own website for full dates & times.
